How to add a printer using Word

1. Open Microsoft Word

2. Go to print the document as you normally would

3. At the bottom of the drop-down list of printers there is an option to Add Printer..., click on it

4. Click on Add a printer or scanner and wait for the list to populate

5. You will see a list of all the printers in the college, click once on the printer you want to add, then click Add device

6. You will now be able to print to that printer
